Access to these resources requires an active subscription tier plan. Detailed features, storage quotas, API limits, and user seats are outlined dynamically within your management panel at onecrm.matchanearme.my.
3. Account Registration and Corporate Security
To fully deploy our CRM utilities, Users must provide authentic, precise, and current corporate details during the setup process. You are completely responsible for:
Maintaining the absolute confidentiality of platform login credentials, authorization tokens, and administrative passwords.
Restricting unauthorized third-party access to your active CRM workspace dashboards.
Notifying our technical response desk instantly at security@onecrm.matchanearme.my regarding any unauthorized deployment or credential leaks.
4. Subscription Tiers, Billing, and Financial Clauses
Access packages are billed on an advanced cyclical sequence (monthly or annually) according to the parameters selected by the user. Payments are automatically processed through verified, secure external gateways. Failure to clear balances within 7 calendar days from the billing anniversary will trigger automatic system locks, temporarily suspending access to database records hosted on onecrm.matchanearme.my.
5. Acceptable Deployment and Prohibited Operations
Subscribers are permitted to deploy the platform exclusively for lawful commercial and administrative applications. You explicitly agree not to use the automated CRM infrastructure to distribute unsolicited marketing blasts (spam), transmit fraudulent elements, scrape public directories, or attempt systemic infrastructure overloads that could degrade performance for other platform tenants.
6. Proprietary Rights and Data Hosting
Subscribers retain absolute ownership of all raw client profiles, upload logs, communications, and interaction histories uploaded to their personal environments. OneCRM Solutions Ltd. retains all proprietary claims, intellectual property rights, and copyright over the application architecture, system algorithms, framework styling, and underlying source files deployed across onecrm.matchanearme.my.
7. Cancellation, Suspension, and Termination
You may cancel your CRM membership directly from your account management portal at any time. Upon termination, active data storage will remain accessible for backup extraction for 30 consecutive days, after which OneCRM Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to securely purge inactive cloud repositories to optimize infrastructure space.
8. Limitation of Liability and Modifications
The platform is delivered on an “as-is” and “as-available” architecture. OneCRM Solutions Ltd. disclaims any accountability for transactional losses, administrative errors, missed conversions, or direct revenue shortfalls resulting from platform downtime or improper technical configurations by the operator. We reserve the right to revise this document at any point, with updates becoming effective immediately upon online publication.
